Two sides to this. Teachers enroll a classroom, supporters adopt the Nuggies that fill it. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
No. Not a cent, ever. The Nuggies are funded entirely by supporters adopting them. You will never be asked for payment or shipping costs.
Not quite. Supporters adopt a Nuggie the same way they would any other Sad Nuggie, and that adoption is assigned to a classroom instead of shipping to them. On top of that, $1 from every Sad Nuggie adopted through The Ollie Project goes into our Sad Nuggie Classroom Fund, which helps us support classrooms with supplies and comfort tools where they're needed most.
Teachers, educators and group leaders anywhere in the world except the United States. It does not have to be a traditional school. After-school programs, libraries, homeschool groups and adult learning classes are all welcome.
We ship from Canada, and current US import rules mean a classroom there would be hit with unexpected customs charges on delivery. We are not willing to put that on a teacher. Supporters in the USA can still adopt for a classroom anywhere else in the world.

Your Nuggies still come. Every Nuggie adopted for your campaign ships to your classroom, even if the goal isn't reached. When a campaign stops moving, we close it and send everything that's been adopted.
No. Every adoption is fulfilled: the Nuggies you adopt ship to the classroom you chose, even if its goal isn't reached. If that classroom can't receive them, they go to another classroom instead.
Not right now. Mini Nuggies are currently all adopted, so every campaign runs on regular Nuggies until stock returns.
